Actually agree with this - very interesting. Looks like BMM really panicked trying to get that tranche done before the placement shares landed. Additionally I would say their execution trader(s) are totally rubbish. As for the call to sell at that particular point in time, that looks pretty much amateur hour as well. The numbers don't lie.
