I wonder if offtaker will take equity interest in POS. Say 19%.
Maybe why SP is stalling.
Then POS can negotiate a slightly lower supply price in exchange for a long term supply guarantee.
Then projects will be de-risked, offtaker will profit and SP will rise.
Equity interest will also bring out other bidders for equity.
Just my thoughts. No inside information.
