Perhaps PH is entranced by the PBT idea and kicking the can down the road to suit.
I think the answer is simpler. None of the directors including PH have a meaningful amount of shares. The share price has no effect on them. As long as the can gets kicked down the road they get their monthly cheque. Why rush?
