good news is the exploration has had quite a number of positive drill results - didn’t run all over the country side and find nothing - some houses and others have estimated good value already from those results

company has good funds to complete and extend drilling and produce dfs and updated r and r

plant scoping studies are done and costs known and plants exist

gold tailings project dfs done and whilst not earth shattering has value

good probability of restart given commodity prices and future demand

could be far worse - company could have dwindling cash- crap drill results and no plant after holding on for decades

Nothing is ever certain but positive things going in imo
