Worked in a senior role at Windarra as well but would never say that that place was mined out.
This is also a good example - it wasn't a case of just turning on the tap and starting production, it has take years to get even near to production again.
I have no doubt that there may be more good discoveries betweed Black Swan and the old Scotia / Carr Boyd areas but this will take time and definately a lot of money to prove up.
Again, just my thoughts
