At a guess I would say management will leave the high grade stuff till when or if nickel spot comes down to help buffer the operational costs when things get tuff (good move) even WSA does this in the tuff times.
Blend Windarra and Black Swan when prices are high, then use Silver Swan to continue churning nickel out with lower costs due to higher grades when spot and nickel market turns down !!!!
