Invitation to explore a gold mine.

A large part of the Infrastructure of the Glenn Wills Gold Mine north of
Benambra has been completed and owner, Synergy Metals, is inviting the general
public to inspect the site this Sunday.

"Glen Wills Mine in conjunction with Parks Victoria - Omeo Office, is hosting an
open day", said site supervisor, Kevin Dmytrenko. The Day will include a
barbecue lunch and the chance to walk around the site, as well as visit the
combined Parks Heritage/Australian Gold Mine's venture to build a display at the
historic Yellow Girl Mine and the Maude Battery.

Mr Dmytrenco says work started on the mine in February 2004 and there are now 25
personnel employed at the site."We have progressed to a large part of the
infrastructure being completed. Three drill rigs are running and to date a total
of about seven kilometres have been drilled."

"A seven mega litre freshwater dam is almost completed. We are still working
under an exploration lease while we are waiting for the mining lease to be
approved".
