Ixion Interactive and Agency Fusion Merge
BlueFreeway companies see synergies and announce merger under newly branded agency Blackglass
Sydney, Australia – Thursday 24th May 2007: BlueFreeway (ASX: BLU), a leading global provider of digital and interactive marketing services, is pleased to announce a merger between two of its companies; IXION Interactive & Agency Fusion. The newly merged agency is called Blackglass (www.blackglass.com.au).
Founded in 1996 IXION Interactive provides creative print and interactive services to Australian businesses including Darrell Lea, Macarthur Coal, Power Cor Australia, CitiPower and Pimco. Agency Fusion is a leader in online marketing strategy and technical execution with a focus on the large Australian corporates and not for profit organisations; its clients include Kerri Anne Kennerly, Catalogue Shopper, Shop-A-Docket and Brand Corp. The experience and complementary skills of both agencies will make Blackglass a pre-eminent supplier of both on and off-line strategy, creative and brand identity, technical execution and media buying/planning/management within Australia.
