Yes I think its promising if the agreement is ""Executed"- only problem right now its only an executed term sheet not legally binding...the rights issue goes out Monday and seems like its all go and rushed however the funds from this wouldn't even cover the refinancing of the current debt - is this just more smoke and mirrors to get more funds out unsuspecting shareholders certainly cant get it from SI's anymore - traders have a choice buy NOW seems promising and be trapped if it falls through or wait until signed off ... I think I will wait...Cant understand why they wouldn't have waited until this was a done deal before coming out of suspension and announcing ......it's apparently only a week away or is it???
