    A rather strange observation.Yes we are nearing the end of the financial year but Technical Analysis still has to be respected.WE expected a push through 0.07 cents.The difference between the low of 0.066 and the high of 0.083 is 0.017.Add 0.017 to 0.083 equals 0.10 cents and that is where I believe we are heading.
