This email I received appears to be a true reflection of what is only going to get worse for exploration companies in any event, much worse if the "Yes" vote had have been successful!!!

    email:

"Readthis little gem from an employee of Oxley Resources (a geological surveycompany). Get ready for more of this garbage if the YES vote gets up.

Ijust have to mention this. I was to go to Mudgee next Tuesday for an initialtalk with the Warrabinga-Wiradjuri group concerning preliminary access onto aMudgee tenement we were granted (Oxley Resources). Then we got a call askingwho they were to invoice. We said, for what? They said, ‘sitting fees’ for sixpeople at $700 a head, plus travel (from Kandos), plus the cost of the ClubMudgee meeting room and we think plus the costs of their WA native heritagesolicitor Rob Houston (Angus Houston’s son) who was flying over. Going forwardthey wanted $10K for legals on a pro forma agreement that stipulated $10K bepaid to them for every year we held the tenement. Then if we wanted to actuallydo any actual geological work we had to get a native title heritage report done($20K) and then they would let us know what their costs would be for watchingus explore.

    We cancelled!"

I looked at the Company's web site and copied this"

    "Mt Margaret – EL8570 (54 units)

Annual Community Consultation Report Exploration Licence 8570 - Mt Margaret Project For the Period 23 May 2022 to 23 May 2023

    3. Consultation Undertaken Oxley Resources has been negotiating land access around the Mt Margaret area with local land holders, with the initial focus to complete the ground magnetic survey started in 2020. Consultation with land holders has been through both Oxley Resources and consultant Community Engagement. The right to negotiate process was initiated during the reporting period and a draft agreement has been delivered to Oxley Resources. Negotiations are underway with the native title group and their representatives. Any issues raised by landholders, including native title groups are currently being addressed as part of negotiations."

Very concerning for the future of exploration in Australia.

Our standard of living is certain to decline under Labor and it's already happening.

Albanocchio's virtue signaling failure will not stop the push for more money from the Aboriginal "INDUSTRY"!
