Here comes my complete thesis kindly from Hqiu9. I would mark it as Distinction.The academic take away from it is that one should never confuse brand loyalty and product category loyalty! The fact that there are so many highly intelligent and educated people around this forum make the time worth spending on this forum after all. It is important though one should have the ability to distinguish them from the rest.
