Roolife, SMA's online shopping Mall is operated by SMA in partnership with Shanghai listed Dodoca and Wjike (Blackmores on Wjike?)
Sales and distribution agreements add scale to the Roolife platform which sell Australian brands (Blackmores in this case?) through these purchasing platforms, including on WeChat and Taobau.
SMA can benefit in several ways depending of the distribution agreements (SMA is targeting 200 companies?) Fees, commissions and/or % of revenues besides settlement fees on customer's purchases themselves
I'm not informd of the agreement with Blackmores and not announced yet? Clear as mud?
