Blackout Bowen announces 60 electric delivery trucks - @ $40M or $666K each, page-20

Hi,
I really do dislike Bowen. Still haven't forgiven him for costing the ALP an election.
Finding myself on the same side of the argument as Pints is really distressing.

Perhaps someone can explain how this 20 million bucks of green pork barrelling is justified .
Because if these trucks are so wonderful , why do the widows and orphans have to pay for it?
Why cant the firm do it itself?

Or was this all decided on a whiteboard somewhere?
