This Bozo is the quintessential, the typification, the classic example, of what I call a fence post turtle sitting atop a fence post unable to climb down.
No one knows how he got up there or what he is doing up there!
Bowen is IMO Scott th Ratbag's definitive example of a paradigm (his one-time favourite, woke word here). Bowen is the embodiment of a pattern or model for failure, never to be confused with a "paragon"!
Bowen is the epitome, possibly an incarnation, of a fence post turtle.
