Nexbis Achieves Global Standards Certification

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia December 10, 2009 Nexbis was one of the 64 companies amongst the 2000 MSC-status companies awarded the Certificate of Achievement at the MSC Malaysia Capability Development Achievement Event 2009 by the MDeC (Multimedia Development Corporation), a Malaysian Government ICT Agency. The award was presented by the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) Yang Berhormat Tuan Haji Fadillah Haji Yusof and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of MDeC, Ms. Ng Wan Peng. Having been awarded in recognition of the completion of the MSC Malaysia Capability Development Software Testing Programme, Nexbis has proven its commitment in pursuing greater efficiencies and competitiveness in the global market. There are 20 programmes conducted by the MSC Malaysia Capability Development Programme (CDP) as part of Innovate My Process initiative. Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) Chief Executive Officer Dato Badlisham Ghazali said These programmes addressed the key areas of customer service, systematic innovation, cost optimisation, process improvement, product performance enhancement, and brand management, among others. The MSC Malaysia CDP was established to raise the level of competitiveness of MSC Malaysia-status companies by increasing the adoption of international best practices and policies through global standards certifications. It also furnishes assistance and provides initiatives to MSC Malaysia-status companies to enhance their capability and global competitiveness.
