Just saw the announcement (have been otherwise occupied) This is a good outcome for AVB faithful. No dilution.

I note the announcement is conditional on a few things interalia with the $58m funding agreement, nevertheless, all types of funding arrangements usually are.

I have stated quite clearly for a long time that in my opinion a CR would be done that would to some extent dilute existing shareholders.

As consistently advocated by Kalenn & Paul12, dilution is clearly not the case.

On this point I have been proven WRONG, no question about it.

Well done to the AVB negotiating team in this instance.
