Cad1llac, we have just acquired an exciting offer of finance to build our first mine, from a very large, well known and respected company, and the terms are good. In hindsight there are things I am sure we would all change - etc. all the real estate investers who never predicted such a property crash. Therefore the points you raised are rather obvious ones, but are applicable to virtually anything we venture to do. In no way does this detract from this wonderful offer in these trying financial times. We say thank you to all those involved in making this little stock into a great company.
