There has been several posts on here suggesting that blackrock have been selling and that they are concerned by this, where as this is not the case. Blackrock have been buying.
The last substantial holders notice states that they increased their stake from 15.2mil to 17.7mil shares.
Yes their percentage holding of the company has decreased from 8.59% to 7.51% but this is because of the increase in the number of shares and their holding being diluted not because they were selling.
Having blackrock on board has me interested as they were the party behind the last company that was taken over that i had shares in. (AKI)
