these guys are pretty big players and clearly recognised the value here
chart shows the accumulation/sp consolidation has been going on for some time
May not be over yet ? who knows ?

More often than not the longer an sp consolidates the bigger the eventual re-rate
I just cant see the downside to IDL and imo the sp does not reflect the value within

2010 will see this one re-rated strongly IMO
