They're only going to proceed if the Australian Tax payer puts up 50% of the finance for the $2 billion cost of the rail line from the Galilee Basin to Abbott Point. (because every lending institution in the world doesn't believe it viable and has scoffed at the project ) And if the Queensland Gonernment will forgo up to $320 million in royalties .
