    The company I work for is currently filling a $200mm order for this coal infrastructure. Big business is already spending. I honestly think wheels are in motion and nothing short of a nuclear winter, this will go ahead for the Bowen Basin. Sorry but thats a fact lithium people. Australian charge of the light horse II
