I emailed SP today about Black Rock selling and below was his prompt reply.

"BlackRock's holding has simply moved below 5%.
They now hold very few smaller explorers/developers, as shown by how
they have sold out of most others from March through to September.
I suspect, based on Bloomberg notices, that the resources fund has lost
a lot of its investment funds.
Each fund, and sophisticated investor, can't necessarily always
participate
You will notice that the other large funds have backed up or increased
on the rights issues."

Reasonable enough response in my eyes. Play on....
