Actually thats a good sign, although in no way do i suggest the selling is finished, but over the years i have seen capitulation at the lows when patterns are completed, (ie completed 5 wave decline in Elliott Wave terms)

Sadly i dont yet see a complete looking pattern in either this stock nor US gold stocks, but still capitulation is good, you need more of the "Kumbaya bulls" to start crying and capitulate.

When no one wants to hold them, then you want to think about buying them, (that is the same for any market)

When sentiment and patterns align it will be a great buy, but i still think its a few $$$ away likely around $7.50-8.00

More bad news needed now, ideally more funds sell down their holdings and puke near the lows.

They loved this stock at the highs near $40, but now its puked, they sell it, but prob go and buy CBA, WBC and ANZ at the highs over the past week.
