I think in this case investors have serious reservations about the direction BHP is heading. The worrying aspect is that blackrock would have informed CEO and board of BHP prior to reducing and obviously the CEO and board saw things differently. It's a brave co. that goes against the will of major investors. I'm no blackrock but I have to agree with their sentiment, they are squandering billions once again. If they keep it up and they'll be looking for a new CEO!
