We do not know who has been selling but if the seller was a substantial holder they have not sold enough to require them to lodge a notice indicating they are no longer a substantial holder.
Lots of talk about discounts being offered at the ports for ore that is lower grade or less than ideal due to deleterious elements - BCI has both of these matters covered with its Bonnie Fines which should see it maintain both sales and margins, even at these lower prices.
The mills are being choosy due to environmental standards being enforced. Better ore (high quality sinter feed blends like BCI's) equals less pollution.
Looks to me like SP games being played too...
