Yes... Big price jump for VPG, $1.15 to $1.75 is great for VPG holders.
The same type of takeover for AEZ would probably be 1.2 cents to about 4 - 5 cents.
That would be like a quick fix sort of thing although there is quality behind it's European assets, even without Blackstone's help AEZ will get to the 4 - 5 cent mark but it will take some time.
