I agree, If a CR occurs in Q4 it will only be done under very favourable SP conditions assuming positive market reactions to studies and JV terms. It would be too early for the major requirements associated with the 2023 construction of the DBU refinery so it would be a modest top up knowing that management is very focused on minimising dilution.

There is nothing to fear from a company raising capital to build productive assets when a clear plan is in place including owning an economic mineral resource, partnering with major industry players and most likely having off take agreements in place.

Those who think these modest timing delays allow them to sell now and buy back later are playing a dangerous game of Russian roulette IMO.
