as good as it sounds that they are offering 50% higher over the VWAP of the last month/quarter, this is a low ball offer and the management should not have rolled over and accecpted the first offer...
even a small real estate agent selling a $200K unit in far west of Sydney would never let his seller accept a low ball offer from an opportunistic buyer...how come this management has so readily agreed to sell this company so cheap?????
In a way, it will be good for all of us to move on...I will make a profit of exactly 4c per share @ $1.80...not much to show for almost 18-19 months of holding, but thats life...better than the 50% loss I was sitting on a few weeks ago post-consolidation....
WE NEED ANOTHER OFFER OR ELSE THIS IS THE BEST WE WILL GET...
