I am not necessarily pointing the finger at ASX, but surely if the funding was not secured as stated in the announcement, why would the company release that it was.

And then come out with some lame announcement giving release to this lot who apparently offered 6 BILLION lol.

If i was a company director of a small cap stock and someone came to my company offering 6,000,000,000 in funding, then said NO lol...i would not let them off that easily, since i already released this to the public...

None of it adds up .... IMO and this is why i would think ASX and ASIC are digging deeper now...I would think there will be some serious consequenses here just my thoughts and opinions.
