Can't sue for potential loss I would imagine, would have to actually prove a loss first?
Never happen anyhow, PDY will say deal got pulled because of confidentiality clauses not being met, Gary will still be there trying to do cap raises, and everyone will be left wondering why they fell for this plan in the first place, then further astonishment that they still believe there is some hope left here.
