For the most part I never look at names. I read every comment on its own and avoid looking at names because that can introduce bias. Therefore I'm not assuming. Every post on its own merit, because there's always signal in the noise..
However when stupid posts keep appearing & I respond to them as such, I gotta wonder, because its not me biasing against the individual...
