blackwood tty noble crawley

trying to make a link here but it is interesting that crawley resources a subsidiary of noble group own 45% and tty own 19% of bwd .crawley also own 30% of tty and now noble will own 45% of tty .it seems to me that noble will own close to 75% of tty and indirectly 60 % of bwd.
maybe a cheap way for noble to increase stake in bwd.anyway be interested in your thoughts ttc.
