    I think the moral of all this is that Noble see TTY as cheap and with a good future.

    Given Noble's size (second largest Coal trader in the world), I think they have spent a bit of time understanding TTY. If noble are willing to pay 45c, then it would be fair to assume TTY is worth more than that.
