I wouldn't call it interest free as this will still need to be done at one stage or another so if the cost for rehabilitation was (guess) 100 million now then that figure could easily be double that in 10-20 years time.

Linc will need a good chunk of money for equipment to either buy/hire as draglines, shovels, dump trucks, scrapers, dozers and so forth are not cheap. Im waiting for a friend of mine to come back in from work as he works at clermont Mine and will know what has been left there.
