Rehab provisions need to be kept in a suspense account which the company can't use to run day to operations. The will earn some interest on it , but i doubt it will be material.So I doubt if this is Linc's funding mechanism ..


Like you , i was hoping for a penny to drop on this deal. However it looks like it there is no hidden agenda ..One party wanted to get rid of it..one party was ok to take it off their hands if it meant next to nothing cost.
