I did state this would more than likely go no where but then it is also possible that the International Criminal Court finds Blair and Straw guilty and throws the book at them.
The US where clearly worried enough about this type of situation to not sign up to the court and then rush around the world trying to get countries that had signed up agree that they would not arrest US citizens on the behalf of the court.
