I have read a few posts and the consensus is that the access to the 500Mt coal resource is a lot closer than it was dani ;) Here is some weekend reading.

They have been working on a hell of a lot while these negotiations have been taking place but are unable to release it until signed. I would expect a flurry of announcements in the near future.

I found this nice link with a bit of info on the CSM side of things, it looks very promising. See the pic below, basically the Laura Basin North Queensland is going to be developed by Mantle together with the members on the ILUA to define by the looks of it, a rather large coal seam deposit. These guys have the only licence in the area and are likely prove up more than the 500Mt from historical drilling.
