Moderators said this was flaming and baiting???? Not sure which part????

    Good afternoon ducky

I suppose when a 249D is issued and the votes comein and there is really no other alternative than to resign. Mr Blakeunfortunately took it on himself to try and spill the board aligning withothers that were involved in a company that was in Administration and itbackfired. These are the facts and very sad really.

Im not sure what is "pretty obvious"when you refer to "the company’s strategy is to do nothing and only informshareholders of a third of the required information to ascertain a valuationassumption"

The fact is, as we all know if we were unlisted itwould be a completely different ball game in raising capital. Just look at Audiostack valued at around AUD42mat the begining of the year. Unlisted and they can raise money in a differentmanner than using the PUMP & DUMP Broker circuit where a select group ofindividuals "Brokers" Cream the company.

IMO the company has done an exceptional jobtransitioning from the OLD DART THROWING days of Carosa and Schapera's smokeand mirror sheet shows (IMO TWO EXCEPTIONALLY HIGHLY OVER PAID shall we sayindividuals or a better description would be a Crow Sound..... en and a similar word to hooks) anddelivered a PLATFORM.

People really should be able to do their ownvaluations on the back of an envelope if common sense prevails and come to theconclusion that if Audiostack is worth........ rumor has it, I believe aroundpossibly the 40m Pounds mark in today’s market, (
https://www.quadriventures.com/portfolio) yes around AUD42m at the beginning of the year and we own10% circa AUD$4.2m (beginning of the year valuation) of this company and havetheir technology PLUS OUR own IP & PLATFORM then we should be worth a LOTLOT more than Audiostack and our current MC of just $16.5m

Mr Blake for whatever reason (and Im not judginghim) is selling. Now whether this is sour grapes or trying to let the boardknow he is still around who really knows but the fact of the matter is Mr Blakeis capping the share price with his continual dumping of the share in his father’ssuper fund.

That being said he will only be able to sellanother 19.5m and then it will be over. As per the latest Top 20 one can seethat there are other Top 20 Holders and probably others out of the Top 20 toppingup.

The facts are the company isin a better position now than it has ever been in THE ENTIRE HISTORY of its existenceand THAT IS A FACT.

Mr Blake had the opportunity to build this companywith the current board but it was he that decided to try and derail it. Theconsequences of that action will remain with him for the rest of his lifehowever in the meantime I am assuming it is business as usual at UNITH.ai.

I will be certainly looking forward to see how theplatform is going.

Another interesting fact is CANVA was REJECTEDaround TEN TIMES by various groups when they were trying to raise capital. ANDLOOK AT CANVA NOW!!

UNITH WILL BE ANOTHER CANVA and yes it may take alittle bit of time but the CURRENT BOARD are driving it in a DIRECTION where ALLshareholders that see the BIGGER PICTURE will be rewarded.

Mr Mathew Blake did add value to the companyduring his tenure as a Non Exec Director and it was a shame he took the pathaligning with the individuals he chose to align with.

    GOOD LUCK TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS
