Israelis say they want peace but in reality that's their worst option.
These are damaged people - damaged by their origins, damaged by their guilt and damaged by their loathsome leadership. They are one stage further towards the unreasoning beats than even the septic hicks.
But their leaders want land. They want a larger dominant Israeli presence in the middle east. The Palestinians give them justification for military violence and they must keep prodding them, inciting them so they can dehumanise them all as "terrorists".
