As an investor you put money into the company, it's up to the management to spend it wisely and develop a project we're all committed to. If there is a stuff up, it's management fault, how could it be otherwise? As an investor, i'm only obliged to provide capital to the company - I have provided that capital... 10/10 on my behalf.

Management scorecard anyone? get your fingers out of each others behinds, stop dreamin about how best to sell the idea of "performance" options to the shareholders at the next AGM and march march to work.
