    There are plenty of people who do deserve respect and when things don't go according to plan they deserve our sympathy. This story of a professional person who is now underwater with 11 investment properties is not one of them.​

    We will undoubtedly hear many more stories of extreme property speculation gone wrong. A
    fter the fire sales extreme
    punters will generally go bankrupt and bank shareholders will cop the loss.

    I'm sorry but I don't see the journalistic spin on age, femininity , a nursing career or loose bank lending policies as an excuse for excessive greed.
