No i wouldnt go that far just yet with regards to affordability. I would agree with alot of suburbs but i wouldnt say most, as there are also quite a few suburbs that are either still significantly higher, a bit higher or on par with 10yrs ago. Though having said that i would say most suburbs are more affordable than they were 4yrs ago.
But it isnt over yet, imo when there is a significant shift up in interest rates, that is likely when we may see more suburbs creep into the 'more affordable than 10yrs ago' bracket.
