These property/share trading gurus make me sick, they should be strung up. Can't believe people are stupid enough to believe the lies that they peddle.
No tears necessary for the lady in the video, she rolled the dice and lost, but in this country we have a social security net that we all subsidies through our taxes so she won't go hungry.
Ridiculously high property prices have stuffed this country, should never have been allowed to get to this state but successive state govts were drunk on the stamp duty revenues and the federal govt were too gutless to implement changes that would cause a back lash. Instead the federal govt went for the easy option of opening the flood gates to immigration that created a false GDP figure and propped up house prices. I'd like to see the whole rotten system collapse.
