I know you dont like talking about Perth (any more) but there are places in Perth where house price are the same as they were 11-12yrs ago back then almost every 'expert' you talked too were telling you buy now or forever be priced out of the market.
What complete and utter BS. Affordability in Perth in numerous of places is now better than it was 11 years ago.
WA had shite loads of capital flowing in which flow through to wages and house prices. Whats flowing into NSW and Vic -people, people and people. My guess and prediction, employment conditions and more particularly wages over there are going to be screwed in the future, the governements there better being setting up policies to create long lastings jobs instead of short to medium term boom time jobs.
