Gen Z are conditioned to socialisation and the hackneyed work-life balance mantra. They want to absorb the worlds knowledge through social symbiosis and like baby boomers will put the time in to sort out work committments before getting on with more important things.

They reckon they bring invaluable must needs perspectives to the table that mankind's brains trust has overlooked up until this point in time. There's no time for mundane carreer paths; the entry level is middle management and high salaries and rapid progression to running the show otherwise it's "I'm outta here".
