It's been near a month now and i would have expected an update form the Company on how that recall and fixes are progressing.

It's unclear if it's a design fault or a component failure - whether the the incorrect surge protection device was used or whether it was installed incorrectly in the design or if in fact the surge protection device has failed.

We'll be ok provided Blaq don't terminate the contract, however if they do terminate, we'll be floating down the open sewer in a barb-wired canoe without a paddle. Maybe Merchant was right!
