Like many of the programs and developed technologies OBJ has up their sleeves hidden in a cloud of secrecy. For good reason the board is not going to telegraph where they are at at may even sound and appear at times dodging the issue with little white lies.
It's for the market to determine if these have been shelved or discontinued, trans dermal drug delivery could possibly be exactly one of those, it was sitting boldly and proudly on the bottom of the Chairmans letter most recently
Speculation will continue either way.
