No they don't. They only need a license to sell the IP to other customers. They are not selling chips, they are selling IP. Oh are they using Qualcomm? well that means no other company will get a look in for Mercedes Benz. I thought i read that the new MB.OS is using Unity Technologies? I'm confused, oh hang on no i'm not, you are just picking little facts to try and justify your narrative oops, I thought i was the idiot here?
