Oftentimes it’s a pharmacy assistant who has no interest in the stock that one ends up dealing with in those situations I think brrrattt.

When I tried to buy - coming from a position where I knew the product and had already found it online - I found that when I called my local Terry White (a largish store by a busy Woolworths), I was told point blank it was not available - twice!
The second time the ‘assistant’ added it was out of stock and she did not know when a new shipment was due!
Five minutes later a less local Terry White had said she didn’t have it, had looked it up, and said the distributor had stock and could supply by the following morning.

I live in Perth and, doing some more phone research, found Terry White chemists in Claremont, Nedlands and Palmyra all refused to bother with my request.

I agree about the stronger pharmacy presence and marketing push!
